[Smeagol-discuss] copying leads files

Dear all..
I have few doubts while copying necessary files after the leads calculation
to the EM calculation
If these are very simple things , please pardon me, but I am not
understanding.
1)If we do a leads calculation with the following tags,
 BulkTransport                   T
BulkLeads                       LR
we are essentially doing both leads similar and need to copy the
bulklft.dat, bulkrgt.dat, *.DM file, and *.HST file for the scattering
calculation. But if we do a leads calculation with dissimilar Left and Right
leads by setting BulkLeads L or R  we will get two sets of bulklft.dat,
bulkrgt.dat, *.DM file, and *.HST file corresponding to both right and left
lead. Then which files we have to use?? Copying from both left and right
leads will make overwriting no?/
What is the corrct procedure to do then?? Say for example, if we want to set
left and right leads with different spin orientation ..

Any suggestions are welcome
