Hello Xiaoyan,
>  1)Why the numbers of the points sre different?
The number of transmission points is rounded to be a multiple of the
number of nodes, which is usually slightly larger than the asked value.

The spectra are rather similar, the main difference being a shift in
energy, maybe the Fermi energy is in a different position. But the
number of points is probably not the reason.
