[Smeagol-discuss] Problems on the output TRC files

Dear all,
  When the calculation is done, I open the name.TRC file and find that there are
more points than the one I given in th input file. As an example ,I set
"NTransmPoints        700", but there are 703 points in the output name.TRC file.
And there are a little differences between the transmission given in the paper
and
my results, maybe the differences are induced by the extra points. My questions
are: 1)Why the numbers of the points sre different? 2)Are the differences really
induced by the extra points?
  The transmission spectrum in the paper and calculated myself are attached here,
and the first one named T-paper is the spectrum in the paper.
