[Smeagol-discuss] Problem Running Smeagol 1.2 benchmark

Hi,

If My first message gets approved by the moderator, I apologise for the  
double post (the first post was way over the size limit as I attached the  
files rather than linking to them on pastebin)

I have been given a series of benchmark jobs to run using Smeagol 1.2 and  
I appear to have successfully compiled it with the intel fortran compiler  
(no warnings and no errors). Two out of three of the benchmarks work  
perfectly. However when I run the third it exits with the error:

mpispawn.c:303 Unexpected exit status

Child exited abnormally!
Killing remote processes...DONE

I am running this on a dual socket quad core opteron 2352 processor system  
so there should be no interconnect issues but in case it is important it  
was compiled with the MVAPICH library version 1.0.0 to allow me to use the  
infiniband network when scaling beyond 8 cores.

if you have any idea as to what might be causing this then I would be very  
happy to hear your input.
