[Smeagol-discuss] Complitation error

Hi,
I send you a basic arch.make that uses the mkl libraries and Makefile
that work on our machines. It is for a semi-static build. Maybe you can
try it out. Also make sure that you use the mkl version that matches
your compiler. Sometimes also using a different version of the ifort
compiler, and a different version of the mkl might fix the problem.
