[Kelvin-users] Unplanned cluster downtime

Dear all,

The clusters need to be rebooted in order to install some essential upgrades.

If you are currently logged into the parsons or kelvin headnode, please save
your work and log out.

We will reboot the headnodes at 14:40pm today.

After the reboot, we will check the systems, but we expect to be able to bring
them back online shortly afterwards.
