[Kelvin-users] Downtime due to storage array issues

Dear all,

The unscheduled downtime appears to be related to upgrade works being carried
out by contractors on one of the storage arrays. The works were not meant to be
service-affecting, so they are having to investigate why this occurred.

The filesystems will be down until at least tomorrow morning (Wednesday 22nd
June). We will have an update then.
